DO NOT BUY. Purchased an apple watch on eBay. Watch worked for a couple days and then couldn't charge enough to turn on. Seller sent me a new charger to see if that was the problem, but it was not. A return was subsequently opened on eBay, but before I could send it back the seller closed the return as soon as the 30 days allowed for a refund expired. I sent 4 emails following up on the item and never heard anything but silence. I don't think I've ever written a negative review before but felt compelled to based on this blatant disregard for customer service, as it appears that as soon as soon as they knew eBay wouldn't force them to give me my money back they were content to keep it and leave me with a defective product. ~Alex

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked an 8 day trip to Mexico with 2 rooms and we get there and find out we're paying for 4!!! We also payed extra for ocean and pool side rooms and we got all garden views! AAA not willing to reimburse a single penny. BE AWARE of what your paying for and do your research before using this company! They hold NO liability for there actions! I would Definitely shop around before booking your trip with AAA! Per there "reply" they did NOTHING to find a resolution besides the same thing as the emails stating you get what you paid for... Such a scripted repetitive response that they give anyone they screwed over! Worst company to deal with ever! Time to take things further! ~Jessica

I wanted this to be all I hoped for & more. Tons of appliances marked down due to somewhat major damage. Lots of TV’s in their boxes. As expected has that warehouse feel but kind of in a dirty way and help/staff was definitely hard to come by. IMO you’re better off getting something used off Marketplace. ~Lauren

I’d recommend this place over many others! The owner Jenny is very welcoming. And the nail techs are lovely. If you’ve had a bad experience give them a chance they’ll fix things for you with a smile! ☺️ Tina does such precise and amazing work. ~Leah

Lily and Tom were the BEST! I will def be back at this amazing family owned business. I got a mani and pedi. They were great conversationalists, attentive, and respectful of our many nail desires. There was no rushing at all. This is mom getting a pedicure and she loved it. Also, I got to know Tom as young father who left his hometown and medical career for his family👏🏽💖 We never truly know people's stories. Simply amazing humans! ~Jen

I was just there today. I didn’t realize how much i saved until after i got in my car (repairing a hole in my exhaust but they were able to re-clamp the pipe to the converter—no more loud noises). I wanted to run back in to thank Shawn and his team again but thought it’d be weird so i thought I’d show my gratitude here! Been going to them for over a year now and initially i get a bit scared ppl will take advantage of me (short Asian gal) but these guys were awesome and honest from the start. Helped saved me a lot of money and gave me reasonable time frame/estimates of when i should get my (older) car checked and repaired. I appreciate you guys! My initial experience as I walked in more organized and friendly. It took awhile for me to find the right color and everyone who helped me were nothing but friendly. The day before I booked the appointment and despite taking so long to pick a color, I never once felt rushed. Salon life is new to me. Only once a year I treat myself to getting the nail spa package. I'm not from here and don't have anyone to come with me on experiences like this. My only complaint about this is some of the judgements towards me for being alone and open to chatting and sharing. They seem to not realize not everyone comes from their world. My apologies to the lady who worked on me because I forgot her name. She was friendly, didn't mind trying to have a conversation with me despite our language barriers. We talked almost the entire time. There are only two complaints I have: 1. She didn't do enough layers on my finger nails and I could see streaks and parts of my nail. Probably needed only one more coat. 2. My neon yellow turned into a banana like color when I spent time outside. You can see where the top coating dulls the color underneath. Clearly both of those fall on the salon. My problem is why didnt she notice the streaks? And what top coat did she use on my nails? Spending $90 is a lot for not having your fingernails unfinished. *The picture you can see the top coat and how dull looking the color is compared to underneath. ~C

Jill at Flagship is amazing! Definitely the best cut and color I’ve ever received. Whenever I leave there I feel wonderful! I get so many compliments on my cut and color. It’s my favorite style I’ve ever had . The salon is cool, cute, and relaxed, too. Jill is also so friendly and personable, a total pleasure to work with, and very good at getting the vision you have for your hair and taking it to the next level. I'm writing about the pharmacy. If you can try to go somewhere else. The lead pharmacist doesn't even bother with customers. She acts like she doesn't see anything but her computer screen. The poor assistant is running around and working alone, so if there are people in front of you you'll end up waiting for a long time. But she is super helpful, so all stars are hers! ~Zsuzsanna
