Store was in need of straightening out. Shoe department had paper from shoes scatteted everywhere on the floor. In general, the store shelves were sparse with products, looking like they might have had a busy sales day. I hope that was the only issue and not lack of care. There were staff members who were straightening out certain areas, but the shoe department needed lots of attention. Will check it out on our next trip. ~Paul

Fully stocked. Just don't like when it's only one person ringing. The black lady manager, she hops in and helps her people. I love her personality. ~Quita

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt twice coming here and every time the manager is so rude. Just not welcoming at all and just stare at people with this state. No smile or anything. And than i don’t like that if you lose your receipt they won’t even allow you exchange for anything. Being mindful spending my money with got the look from this day forward. Fashion nova is just gone be my goto ~Lovely

I love this particular store first because of it's staff, they're awesome with customer service from the Security Guard's to the floor staff and check out counter. Also they always have exactly what I'm looking for 🖤👏🏽😀 ~Gloria

Every table was dirty; no staff cleaned the tables. The staff talking about rolling papers. The staff who are teenagers were disrespectful towards their co-workers. . The owner should take care of this location and have a better supervision. ~JAYNE

Courteous staff had van ready as scheduled. Smooth process and turn in can be done using smartphone. Pricing was upfront and correct. One day use plus 20 miles was $20 plus $20 plus $10 insurance plus $8? tax. I went two miles over, so that’s $2 more and burned 3 gal gas cost $7.50. Total about $70. Well worth it. Van was new too. ~PS

This is a 5 star U-Haul. The people working there are very good and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair. This particular store I appreciate coming to. ~Andrew

I love it here, it’s always clean and comfortable. But I am begging you to turn the heat off or down. I’m pouring sweat before I even get going into my workout and it’s so uncomfortable. I can’t do this atmosphere the whole winter. ~Sara
