my original plan was never to leave a review, but the abuse even after leaving this job still occurs and is impacting my life in serious ways. i worked under both Denise & Freddy. my full story would not fit in this description box, so I have included photos of notes I typed up earlier this week. These guys are the best! I had seven boxes of thrown together stuff that I needed to send somewhere but wasn’t sure where. I had 24 hours in Texas and had plans to fly out the next morning at 5am. Showed up 30 minutes before they close not knowing what I was going to do. Luckily, Paul and team had me covered. Said not to worry, this was what at they did. Unloaded my rental car, got my contact info AND provided an excellent local restaurant recommendation. A week later, my things had been professionally packed into 4 boxes and safely shipped to their final destination. Highly recommend!!! ~Jane

Seems to always be closed as of recent. That's fine if you're having staffing issues, but update your website and/or business hours on Google and others to avoid upsetting your customers for wasting the trip. ~Brandon

Need something delivered fast? FedEx does a great job. However, this location needs a bell or something so you can let them know you are there. Sometimes I go on and have to wait a while before someone comes out to help. But they do a great job. ~Gary

UPS you have become a joke. I ordered from Costco and my item is stuck at your warehouse simply because I recently moved in to new apartments and the address is new. In your system it shows as a commercial address, which it is not. God forbid you send the package out for delivery anyway to see if it's possible to deliver it. Like I said, these are new apartments. I hope one of the other major shipping companies swallows you soon. Your service is no longer effective. The market/consumers no longer need you if you're going to pull this kind of stunt. The package weighs over 100 pounds and isn't small. Despite that, I'm picking up today because your service is worthless. 4/30/22 Update:. I attempted to change my delivery to pick because I don't want to show up at the warehouse and have to argue with someone about getting my package. Well...UPS automated system has a difficult time understanding simple words like "yes" or "no" to the point where I can't switch it to pick up. In fact, I'm not even sure if it's possible to do that. The automated system hung up on me. Bravo UPS! ~Oscar

Please buy new Matrix Climbmills. Matrix is the best brand to buy. Most of your inventory is old and poorly kept. I travel to many of the El Paso Planet Fitness locations; almost all have two or three working climbmill machines. These have been broke for weeks 😑 ~Raymond

The staff here is incredible. Always well mannered with everyone, courteous,and very helpful. Not to mention one of the cheapest places for gas! ~Tony

This was the worst experience never going back again. First off I was on foot with my k-9 out in the sun trying to get my dog hydrated. Upon walking in I was attacked by the employees stating dogs were not allowed. Well I understand dogs need proper documentation how was I supposed to make any purchase when I didnt have the vehicle. My dog wasnt bothering anyone and all we were trying to do was get water and go. When the employees first off asked for papers and second denied me the right to make a purchase. And not only that but also told me to hurry up and get out. I will be calling management. I will be letting them know that I will not be harrassed and assumed my dog doesnt have proper documentation to be with me at all times. How ignorance plays a role in people's lives. ~Samantha
