We went to this location on 1464, it was around 8 pm Sunday. Not sure who the manager is, but they had all outside lights off. We drove around and the screen where you order food from was also off. The employees were in the front of the restaurant. We were very confused. Then we saw a car pull and order food, and all of a sudden, all the lights outside were turned on. That was misleading. We thought the restaurant was closed. Not sure what’s going on there. It’s not the first time this happens. ~Sandra

Not much staff around and the ones that were there were not that friendly. The store felt really crowded with stuff. Yesterday when I went to go check out the cashier was leaning over the counter looking at her phone not even acknowledging that I was standing there. I guess whatever was on her phone was more important then doing her job. Rude and Unprofessional!! ~Jizelle

Deserves zero stars!! Front desk clerk looks unhappy to be at work, very unapproachable!! They moving slow as hell with no care in the world, while there’s 10 people waiting in the lobby. Every Labcorp I have been too has been the same customer service, slow and rude!! Where do they hire these people??? Ridiculous that I have enough time to write a review while I’m waiting to be seen. I can hear them in the back laughing and joking around while people are waiting for service. Next time a job tries to send me to a Lab Corp I will prefer to pay out of pocket at the urgent care across the street from me!! Never again!! ~linda

I went in to get some blue painters tape. Four shelves full of various brands of tape. Picked one out that is marked $6.99 and went up to the counter. It rings up at $11.99. so I take it back and look and they have the premium $11.99 tape filling up three full slots on three different shelves. All marked at three different prices. This wasn't one roll that was put back wrong by a customer. This is lazy employees and poor management allowing them to just stuff products onto the shelf randomly when other brands are out of stock. And not correct any pricing. I explained this to the person at the checkout register and she just simply shrugged her shoulders. I tried never to come to this store because of things like this. I think the last three times I've been in things are priced wrong on the shelves and at the holidays they don't price anything at all. ~John

Very patient hair stylist, her name is Elena, did hair cut for 4 of my kids and then for me, continued her job a good 45 minutes beyond their standard hours to complete all our haircuts in one go. Amazing!!! Met Assistant Mgr. Conner for the first time… I arrived 2 min before closing on a FRIDAY & was on my way 10 min later. It literally took 5 min to rent a car at this location & the transaction was complete with excellent customer service & an awesome car! Called back on Monday to ensure the payment was allocated as requested and Jason was the sweetest …especially for a Monday! Love this location & its staff! ~Nikki
