Horrible service! Even though me and my family have rented alot for years and one recently a few weeks ago. So I was surprised that though I wanted to use my debit card (same as cold hard cash and have use it 3 time renting) they said no (or the lady there at the time), and wanted a major credit card. Even though we call ahead of time and reserved a car like any other day and got a call back its ready, they just say nope we want credit not debit money. So now instead of 200$+ renting a car to drive 2hr I have to wait 3 days for a bus there spending 37$. ~Yukora

This Goodwill outlet turned our donation away. Had some very very nice things. Was told they had no more room to take anything more. With all the people and families in Yakima that need housing and related items, for this place to be so full, they must not be doing their job. It doesn't appear they are getting the donations out to those that need it. A warehouse busting at the seams. Did bump into a lady in the parking lot that was overwhelmed to have the things we had. Hauled the stuff to her house. She was delighted. ~Ryan

I was impressed at first! however now that I go and check on the date the tax refund is suppose to be on my card it says they havent received anything from H&R block. We been a customer for a couple of months now and they're real quick to put a lock on your storage unit if you're a couple days late. There's also a heavy set guy, who's kind of like the assistant to the assistance assistant or something like that, anyway he's extremely rude very rude. I've had The uncanny pleasure ofl having to talk to this guy and believe me takes all the fun out of life. But it's a nice building. A little above avg. Price wise 4+8 80. 105 with late fee. ~Karl

This store is poorly stocked, messy and the employees are not trained properly, one in particular. I walked in the store today 2/13/22 and there were several people waiting in line to be checked out, didn’t really think anything of it and went about my business. I filled my cart full of valentine stuff about $80 dollars worth and was shopping for about 30 minutes and when I got up to the check stand there were at least 20 people in line with only 1 check stand open, I went up to the person that looked like she was in charge and asked if she could open another stand since there were 2 checkers at that stand and just leaving the shopping floor saw at least 4 other employees with only one of those employees looked like they were doing their job and this checker that I had asked if another stand could be opened yelled at me saying no and that I needed to wait patiently at the end of the line or leave. I pointed out that there were people half way done the row which at a quick count was 20 plus people and she says well with you it is 21, she was screaming this to me. She could have told me that they were short staffed or anything else but she was rude to the point that at least 10 people put their stuff down and walked out including myself and my sister, I will never shop there again. The only reason I put one star is it was the only way I could leave a comment this store sucks because of one single employee ~Jean

Rented a car for military travel. My travel plans changed and I called Hertz ahead of time to make sure I could change my drop off location to Seattle and they said yes with no additional charges. So I changed my flight and then called hertz to get the drop off location changed and they charged me way more than my original price, after telling me I never called before and it wasn’t possible for me to change drop off location without additional charge. I’ll never use this company again. ~Michael

Fred Meyers I have been a LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMER. The only grocery store I have used in over 6+ years. I also use your Pharmacy for years. Well I’m done. Just called the Pharmacy and the lady I talked to was EXTREMELY rude & very UNHELPFUL for absolutely no reason. She even hung up on me. Wouldn’t even be bothered to try to help me! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I absolutely loved going there but if that’s how you let your workers treat your LOYAL customers IM DONE! May even make a complaint with corporate. ~Brittany
