Avoid this place. The woman who works the front is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I had 2 packages I needed returned with 2 separate return slips, she put both of them in one box and only scanned one of the return slips. Now I must reach out to the company to get both items replaced. Such an unnecessary hassle if only people would do their job properly.

I am infront of the store right now and no one is here. All the lights are turned off and it’s locked. I thought this UPS opened at 9am. It is now 9:25am and it is not the first time I come around 9:30am and they haven’t opened the store yet.

They were CLOSED...no explaination...explanation... this past Saturday. Sign on the door just said "WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY JANUARY 15TH. SORRY. I would have at LEAST liked an explanation which is why I'm giving this location a 2.0. And now, when I called on Sunday afternoon, the day after, when they were supposedly open, the called DROPPED when I selected the option to get transferred to the store the call DROPPED...TWICE! Not nice, UPS!!!!

Do not go to this UPS Store. Even if it's a little further go to the Store in the Milestone Shopping Center next to the Verizon Store. The difference in customer service is like night and day. I strongly support the one star review given by Marianne two weeks ago. I don't know if the rude man was Victor. If not he acted just as Marianne described Victor's behavior. I have had bad experiences at this store before but never this bad. The clerk was giving one of his customer's a terrible time. I tried to support her and he threatened to call the police on me. I told him he obviously wasn't helping her and I was just proposing options he could offer her. I also told him I had done nothing wrong to support a call to the police and I wouldn't be leaving. However he continued giving this poor lady a thousand reasons why he couldn't help her. A long line was forming behind me and he was making everyone wait outside. I finally left and on my way out I said I will never come back to this store and suggested that the people in line consider that too. I drove an extra ten minutes to the Milestone Store and their customer service is fabulous - worth the extra few minutes needed to drive there.

The store needs a new manager new team members new attitude. The way the workers treat customers is pathetic there use to treating customers bad so it would be good to see new faces and better attitude. Don't go here just go somewhere else with better employees it's not worth talking to someone that doesn't Wana help you or sounds annoyed by customers. It's stupid to even hire and keep people like that.

WORST CLERK EVER!!!If I could rate this store a zero I would as well. Victor M. is rude, nasty, condescending and basically a jerk. I hope no one treats your mother like that. The other rater was right Victor you’re going to need all the help you can get if you go through life like that. If you hate your job that much go do something else. Corporate needs to know who they have representing their brand. He needs to be fired.

If I could rate my latest Goshen UPS store visit a zero stars I would. Victor was the biggest jerk I have ever seen work in customer service. UPS, what does a person need to do to get fired from this place? He was rude, condescending, and just awful to work with. While we were walking out the door, he was yelling at us to print the return labels next time. Isn't UPS there to help with this task? I will gladly take my business elsewhere based on Victor alone. I feel like I need a shower after that experience. Good luck in life, Victor. You're going to need it.

The people in the store were amazing, professional, and took appropriate safety precautions. That’s where the good ends. The delivery driver often pretends to attempt delivery and then doesn’t. He doesn’t leave the notice required by UPS. Then he delivers packages to an access point. Repeatedly. With $600 critical medicine packages. But that’s just one delivery guy, right? Nope. I also sent a package. They attempted delivery 3 times. After the first and second time, the recipient asked for the package to be delivered after 5 PM or held. UPS agree to deliver after 5 PM, then delivered during the day. After the third attempt, the recipient asked for UPS to hold the package. They said they should hold the package for 5 days, which is standard UPS policy. Instead, they immediately initiated a return. When I called customer service, the customer service agent was unable to follow the story and kept saying, “it’s going to be delivered today.” Yes, delivered back to me, the sender, in violation of several UPS policies. UPS customer service consistently sucks. They apologize, then tell you they can do whatever they want with your package, deliver it to a different location, like an access point when you’ve paid for home delivery, deliver it late when you’ve paid for a certain speed, and return it even when they are supposed to hold it. Then their phone system hangs up on you repeatedly. You can’t get to a representative unless you lie about the reason for your call in the “press one if..” system. Use FedEx. Use the US postal service. Avoid UPS at all costs.
