Worst customer service I have ever had. Lied to me about what adding a line would cost. Manager never got back to me like they were supposed to. I had to physically go back into the store to get any answers- they then admitted they made a mistake and would fix it. Bill is due in two days, still isn’t fixed and when we called the store back they told us to call sprint billing, and then they hung up on my fiancé. We will be switching to any other phone company but sprint/t-mobile because of how terrible the customer service was. I was with Sprint for years and as soon as T-Mobile took over, nothing but problems and trash customer service

This store is the BEST one in the area. Have been to 5 others over the years and always come back to this store... 40 minutes from home. Jeremy and Joe both stand out as spectacular tech reps! Thanks to the whole crew over the years!

1 Star, but if I could give it 0 I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We went into the store to get an Samsung A11 fixed. The problem was that the phone wasn't connecting to any service. No calls or texts could be made at all. The device also wasn't dropped ect. It just started acting up one day. We dropped the device off, left the store and roughly an hour and a half later, we were told that the phone couldn't be fixed and we'd have to replace it. The new one would get there in 2 DAYS. After asking some more questions, they said they couldn't fix it and acted like this problem had happened before, it was very common and could be fixed. Eventually, the person I was travelling with continued to ask questions. All the other employees in the store seemed to disappear into the back, when questions were pressed, and were whispering, "Is he gone yet? ect ect." Took a while before the manager went in and said, "There's nothing we can fix" The new phone cannot be shipped to us, we have to go BACK into the store again to get it, as well. P.S: The new phone will be the 3RD ONE WE'VE GOTTEN IN 2 MONTHS.

I didn't go Inside as I was just waiting for a friend to do what she needed to do in there. From sitting back and watching tiktok and glancing up occasionally, the store employees were constantly cleaning the counters and everyone were wearing masks. They only let a few people in at a time which is nice due to covid. Im only rating them based on what I saw, cause there cleaning and wearing masks and so on, is why I gave them 4. If I was inside then I would change it accordingly.

They were unable to fix our issue and the only resolution they have is for us to pay off our current phones and purchase new ones. We have been fighting with then since the third day of owning our Nord N10.

Despite them unable to fix my device in store, they were extremely fast to get to me and give me the answers and resources needed to get my device fixed. I am actually thankful for T-Mobile taking over Sprint.

the team at this store is amazing... when another store told me they couldn't take a cash payment... not only did this store take it but they went above and beyond in customer service for me today. Rick was amazing... if you want someone to help you. These are the guys to do it. I know I will be coming back 😁

Have had issues with sprint forever, if you need good service, don’t get sprint. If you need fast internet, don’t get sprint. If you want affordable, don’t get sprint. If you want awesome customer service, don’t get sprint. If i had to choose between sprint services or a paper cup and string, I would take the cup and string. 100% The worst service available.

Was happy with their service. Went the day after Christmas and the wait wasn't too long. Staff was patient and helpful.
