would give 0 stars if I could. all 3 atms do not work and there are no other chase atms walking distance. had to use another bank’s atm because i fly on a trip out of the country tomorrow morning and take fees on both sides. I called chase and they won’t refund me their atm fee. time to start banking somewhere else!

This place does not even deserve one star! I made a cash deposit one night in their atm outside of the bank. The machine did not say anything about temporarily not accepting cash deposits. I deposited the money in the atm and it did not reflect in my deposits statement. The machine even went through the process of reviewing the total amount deposited and the bills and quantity before finalizing the deposit. I put my card back in the machine to make sure the cash was not in the slot and the machine took the money for sure. I called chase and made them aware of the deposit and even told them exactly how much it was and what bills were deposited. They investigated the claim and temporarily credited me but ultimately decided not to refund the money. I don't understand how a company such as chase can have these types of business practices, where they take away customers hard earned money. To make things worse, to reach a representative via this branch is almost impossible. Going to this chase bank was one of the worst banking decisions I have ever made

Always closed after work. What bank closes at 5 on friday!!!! Leaving customers out in cold snow with 2 ATMs only. Does anybody work full days anymore. Thinking of a new bank one that has workers and managers who want to work. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service and customer care. I've been going to this branch for 10 years because I do banking for my employer whom is located a few blocks away. For once I'd like to see a friendly face who recognizes me after the 10 years/multiple times a week and actually be treated with respect. I am nothing but polite and seem to be questioned, turned away, and left waiting while the personal-bankers-clique are always too busy or out to lunch. 10 thumbs down.

Chase Bank Branch location that has (ATM) Automatic Teller Machine. The ATM works for making a quick stop to get money fast. This bank location doesn't have a parking lot and not to mention that parking is very difficult. That's because there is many different stores/businesses around this area. Oh yeah also to add, you need to pay the parking meters.

This review is purely about Julian who assisted me with opening business checking account. Though he completed the task, he had this extremely irritating "I know it all" demeanor. What pushed me over the edge however was this - 1. The sign in wasn't working for me and he basically let me leave the branch with "I don't know why it's not working" so I spent more time on the phone with Chase support who were able to fix it and 2. He assured me there was no way to link my chase business credit card and chase business checking account because of two different EIN's so for months I went through the hassle of using two different log ins. Then I finally go through the trouble of applying for a new credit card just so I can have everything linked together when I'm told that I can in fact and very easily, have the existing cc connected to my checking acct. What a moron! Caused so much inconvenience and time!

Bad Customer Service. I felt bad for the degree of stress felt by employees here and the lack of customer service training. Saturdays seem to be a very chaotic day - avoid, if possible. In general, bankers take little time to make you feel like they are your advocate and representative. The most recent banker we had blamed us for opening an account after the allowed time and was visibly frustrated with having to deal with another client. The rude attitudes we experienced, maybe exacerbated by floor competition, made this an unpleasant exchange. I've banked with Chase for years. I will either take my business to a different location or maybe consider a different bank. I hope this branch gets the attention and resources they need to run a happier office.

repeated bad experiences with uncaring bank representatives that are more interested in their cell phones and colleagues gossip and don't seem to understand that running a small business is tough as it is. only polish speaking customers seem to get the service you'd expect, as on repeated occasions a polish speaking customer interrupted my session (in a private cubicle no less) with the bank representative. in addition, most representatives I have dealt with don't seem to understand advanced english since I had to explain simple issues repeatedly. on one occasion a bank representatives told me that she was a doctor in poland, which I assume, was her justification to be rude on top of not knowing how to handle a simple business transaction, and having to ask the branch manager repeatedly for advice until the manager got so annoyed herself and took over. most of the bank employees don't seem to understand that they are providing a service and are there to help the customer. unfortunately that requires some basic personal interaction skills which most seem to lack.
