Excellent car rental location and staff. Been using National for decades and always received great service and great cars. This location is particularly good. They are always customer focused. You may pay more but it's worth it.

I'd have rate 1 for my very first experience here last year but they came a long way with few new hires and overall better customer service in the year. There is a Mr Johnny Lewis working here who has the biggest smile (the one you can see from behind the mask too) and not only he's very friendly but also very accomadtive of your needs. The location gets very busy during weekends and you might have to wait for a while but if you get lucky and have him as your agent you'll enjoy your experience

Veteran Emerald Club member here. Long time airport renter; first time downtown Brooklyn renter. I was fortunate to be assisted by the great Johnny Lewis — no regrets! I arrived there on a hot Friday afternoon and in the midst of this Carmageddon crisis, Johnny excelled in hospitality. He was so friendly and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to provide customer service that is nothing but stellar! I will definitely be back!

Rude and dishonest. Do not rent from this location. I have rented from national many times without ever having an issue. I made a last minute reservation, ran over, and they refused to rent me a car because I did not have my work ID or paystub! Who carries that around with them when working from home? My advice rent from hertz or other corporate locations.

Friendly staff. We're offered upgrades at cost, first the fast & furious car, but we choose a jeep wrangler instead. Location is slightly hidden behind the courthouse.

Convenient neighborhood location integrated with an Enterprise. Friendly staff had me checked out quickly and a nice Mercedes was waiting. Drop off was just as smooth.
