Great location. Friendly helpful staff. For what ever reason. This location make a better sandwich? The app sucks on a regular basis, but it's not the locations problem. It is a Corporate issue which they need a new site builder or something....

This is my favorite location in the SW side of Portland. Just wish the had one in Wilsonville. Nice friendly staff that calls you by name as you enter. But I'm in there at least twice a week. Corporate needs to get the app tuned in better. It's constantly an issue. Says it didn't go through, but I call in the order and they say it just came through, or it just spins and won't do anything. Ugh Parking: Lots of parking and a 15 min zone also.

We have been here twice and both times it was a complete negative experience. One person would be making the sandwiches while other stand around talk. 2nd visit the person taking the order didn't even bother to ask if we wanted everything the came with the sub. Had to interrupt him to get our order correct. Once again people were standing around while are sandwiches were being made. Sounds like new management is needed.

They helped me out with a mobile order that went to the store by my house. But the phone number said they were closed at 8, well this store gave me my order and let the owner know about his voice-mail needing to be changed. What a great place! I don’t think we can go to “sub st” after trying firehouse subs. Very flavorful, packed with ingredients, no need to tell them every detail of how you want your sandwich done, they already do it right! The drive thru is not for this location btw. Lots of parking nearby and very efficient service. Every bite was so full of flavor, we will return very soon.

You can never go wrong with a quality hot sub or sandwich and firehouse subs brings the quality. The Nashville hot brisket used a quality cut of beef and was juicy, tender and flavorful. The Nashville sauce was perfect, with a nice heat and not to oily. The cornbread roll was amazingly soft and fresh. The slaw was great and cooled the heat from the Nashville hot sauce perfectly. The pickles added a nice contrast. The mac and cheese is a must try. Loved the creamy cheese sauce and the added Italian bread crumbs on top. The chili was great and hardy. 5🌟

Don’t get me wrong, the food is great. It’s the experience I’m concerned about. There’s the little box on the table near the order area where it’s helpful for people who can’t speak or hear to point out the condiments. This one doesn’t have it. I’ll change to 5 stars when it’s restored. Sorry, poor management decision to remove it. Please view photo of evidence of no-show box.

This Firehouse is typical of casual dining fare. If you go in with that idea, you'll enjoy it. The staff are friendly, they have a reasonable selection of sub fixings. The hot sauce selection is quiet good. It's not "wow, I love it" food, but it is good. My only fault on it is the expense to make it a combo. Overall it's more expensive than other sub options with only marginally better food than Subway.
