I got a car for an amazing price here. I got the best customer service. The staff were very kind. They even offered me a ride to the train station. Just one thing, I was charged more per day because I didn't finish the month. But I was told when I rented the car that I can stop whenever I want and it'll charge me per day on my monthly rate. But that was not the case. But over all it was an amazing experience.

Be very careful with this rent car, they are scammers, after delivering the rented vehicle they continue to generate charges to your credit cards without any authorization, I had to change the plastic because more than a month after renting the vehicle they kept charging me card.

Hi all. Would like to share my Frustration. Me and a friend made reservation few months ago with this specific location and drove down from 3 Hr way from NY to PA to rent a car for a few months When entering the location asking for the manager that we where in contact the whole time which i must say is a very decent human being and came across very helpful with everything. Their was a lady who took over the whole site and gave us all excuses in the world not to get a car including recalls that popped in meanwhile where their to driver license expiring in the middle of renting. Ridicules beyond. So what end up happening was my friend had to go back with no car and three other people who where going to whole way back without a car. Please contact me Ungently to speak over this matter. Thanks in advanced .

I needed to visit family in PA, MD and NY. I flew into Harrisburg PA and flew back from Rochester NY. Hertz not only allowed my one way trip, but gave me discounts. Hertz is the best.
