We just had dinner and although the red snapper we ordered didn't appear to look like a red snapper and was most fishy tasting to say the least. Our mambo shrimp, oysters and fried rice were on point. Overall our server Michah was beyond attentive and polite. Hope to see him again. We will definitely be back and give the red snapper another try again 😀

Looking for a restaurant near our hotel and glad that we chose to visit Mambo seafood. Good ambiance with nice Latin music 🎶 from the juke box, The food are good and the portions are big! Good for sharing. The shrimp fried rice is very delicious. The servers are very helpful , especially Masiel ; she beautiful & friendly. Parking: Big parking area

AWESOME FOOD!!! I L.O.V.E. this reataurant. Had dinner there and let me tell you people the food was DELICIOUS... Everything I ordered was hot and fresh. The seasoning was dyamic. Omg!! That Salmon dish was to die for. Salmon was so light it melt in your mouth. If yey the Salmon ask for spicy MAYO SAUCE.😍. One of my FAVORITES!!! Parking: 2 Truck (BOBTAIL) parking spaces on street RIGHT BESIDE RESTAURANT

Food was good, but service absolutely TERRIBLE! We waited 20 minutes for drink order to be taken. Manager came out screaming about how she paged our waitress 3 times. Manager proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with her "friends" seated next to us. Manager could have taken at least our drink order instead of making us wait. It was extremely rude! Waitress seemed a bit frazzled,n as if we were out of her section. Later on, a very large group came in to eat. Low and behold, the entire group didn't even get their behind in the seat before their drink order was being taken. Moral of the story is, small parties aren't high priority because they think you won't tip well. I worked as a hairdresser for almost 20 years. I am probably one of the best tippers out there, and I dislike giving bad reviews. I own my own business and really strive to please my customers. I hope that this review, although on the negative side, will make a positive impact on the way the staff addresses customers in the future.

Came in for lunch and was immediately waited on which was nice, our waitress Elizabeth was very attentive and friendly. 2 stars for that. 0 stars for the extreme garlic overload on the crawfish platter...it was extremely overpowering to where my husband couldn't even finish what he had ordered so, money wasted. I had the Monterrey Chicken which was ok, no sauce to dip it in, so that lost my interest. The frozen lime maragrita tasted like plastic and like there was no tequila in it. Will not be back again.

Not anything I could’ve ever expected. I thought this would be more like a beach bar in Cozumel. The ambience was more like a South American cafeteria on the beach. Highlight of the night were the oysters on the half shell were massive and an excellent flavor. The bacon wrapped shrimp was yummy. The 15 shrimp mambo style or small shrimp drowned in grease. Overall good for a South American cafeteria but not quite the level of salt grass next-door.

Service was terrible, no one on staff wears mask to greet or serve you. It was hard to understand our waitress she talk with spit bubbling around her in mouth when she talks. Got serve once and never came back to refill drinks or even give us our to go order and bill. Asked several staff members for extra plates,a to go box and our bill, no one followed up with us dining in. So we walk to the cashier ask for bill an order to go. This most likely will be my first and last experience here

Been here twice and ordered the 10 piece Mambo style shrimp and Mambo combo. The mambo style shrimp is outstanding. A definite must order for appetizer, you won't regret it. The mambo combo with vegetables is great all around. Stuffed crab and stuffed shrimp are really great tasting. Put some mambo shrimp sauce from the appetizer on your fish for a great taste. Can't go wrong with those two. Also the mambo mango drink is really good, Non- alcohol drink. Try it.

Waitress was very helpful and kept taking care of us. I had the Mambo Shrimp 10 piece with a side of Mambo rice. I also asked for a side of green hot sauce. Clean and Family friendly
