The company (ies) as a whole BLOWS. The customer service team abroad uses the virus as an excuse NOT To assist you with your phone issues. The recording states that due to the virus there will be longer hold times, etc. and try to resolve issues online etc.,. Then when you do talk to someone they hang up on you.

I love going to this Metro PCS for one everyone there wants to take care of you 2 they will make a deal with you if you're buying a phone a case and a screen protector. And we have the best conversations why were there.

Good phones a real helpful technician friendly counter people make this place pretty nice I was impressed they got phones from sometimes 30 bucks up to five six seven hundred and maybe more but they always got time to help somebody fix their phone that's value
