I came in last week. The lady that opened late was very nice, but she instructed me to change chips on my phone. Now my phones are messed up. I could not use the phone once I left so I went to another store to see why it was not working. The lady there said I should not have done this. Now the phone is messed up and useless. NOw I have to buy a new phone when all I wanted was service switched from one phone to another.

I came in on a day that l was truly busy and frustrated by other Cricket stores that couldn't solve my problem. I was so happy with not only Giselle's customer service, but her patience and understanding with my phone issues. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and efficiency.

Visited the Cricket location at 10100 Beechnut in Houston. I asked for the free Smartphone and the 5GB data plan. Added a case, earbuds, and a glass protector. Paid $124 and my receipt was not itemized, so other than $40 for service and $24 for accessories it appears I paid $59 for the free phone. I also asked for a particular area code. They gave me a different one that was 1500 miles from the one I wanted. They did change it for free a week later, but I had to make the trip back. The coup de gras is that subsequently their computer tells me my AutoPay didn't process, but my bank says it was never attempted. God knows whose AMEX card they are trying to bill. Or how I go about cancelling a card that isn't mine and don't know the number of.

The manager Nakida G. is the best manger that store has had. Excellent customer service and such a lovely warm welcome every time I go.
