There not man of their words when it comes to warranty exchanges. Came here to do a warranty exchange for rotors and brake pads and denied it because they told me I have already replaced it before. But on the receipt it clearly says 2 year warranty for the rotors and life time warranty for the brake pads. Why doesn't it say on the receipt that the warranty exchange is only one time? Oh so you wont get any customers. It makes sense on a business side to make money. I do most of my shopping from AutoZone and O'reilly and they are man of their words when it comes to warranty exchanges. I have never had one time where they denied a warranty exchange. Advance auto parts don't care about you. They only care about your money. Lesson learned. Now I will only use AutoZone and O'reilly. Thank god the only thing I ever bought from advance auto parts was the rotors and brake pads and nothing else. The only reason why I bought rotors and brake pads from advance auto parts in the first place is because my mechanic recommended advance auto parts. Never again. Lesson learned. So just keep in mind when you try to buy parts from advance auto parts, they are not man of their words when it comes to warranty exchanges and will try their best to deny it .

The two workers I met weren't friendly. I got what I wanted by sincerely they're not welcoming at all. Maybe not a great day for them but is not the customers problem. Keep your issues at home and do better with your job. It pays the bills

Went there to replace battery it was a good experience so far.....until the worker by the name of Jeremy changed my battery....idk what he did but he accidentally made the handle of the battery loose or something so kept me there for like about 1hr 30 min for that whole remainder trying to find a replacement for the handle but I guess he offered me a discount for the next time I come but regardless I didnt like the experience foe the mistake he made......it was horrible only reason ill come back is for the discount thats it.... ...

Aldair and his coworkers changed out my battery and made sure everything was attached properly. We even had a little issue with a bolt falling into the engine compartment but he worked harder than I would to retrieve it and properly install the battery. Definitely coming back to this store for auto needs in the future.

Guys were very helpful. Not because I was a helpless/clueless female sent on an errand and had no idea what I was looking for. They seemed genuine in the customer service they provided. I feel like they treat all customers with appreciation. Helped save me $12 by informing me of a bundle package I could purchase instead of singular items. Kudos!

Needed a replacement battery. Missed the free 3 year replacement for failure by 2 weeks. Well sometimes you win, sometimes you don't but I am sure glad to have this store near my home. Great service.
