Ha what customer service or more like where are all the employees at? Not a single soul at the registers….wait they are all sitting in the office laughing having a good all time while the store literally sits empty!!!! I had to go look for them if I could give this location a zero I would !!!!

I saw that they do UPS drop-off and it was more convenient for me to drop it off here. Never again. It took 30+ minutes just to get a label printed and its not like it was busy or anything. The worker said it would be picked up that day (Saturday) and arrive at the destination 2 days later on Monday. I checked the tracking info and the package wasn't picked up until Tuesday, and the new delivery date is a whole week later. Lame, it was a birthday present that's now a week late.

I submitted an online order for something to be printed and online it was labeled as “same day” pickup. When I went into the store the next morning, their printer was broken and they had no information on when it would be working again. I called the Orem location and their printer was also broken, and they said it would be 3 days before they could print anything for me. For a company that specializes in printing, this is pretty embarrassing. The store clerk was inexperienced and couldn’t provide much helpful information other than canceling my order. The only reason why I gave them two stars instead of one is because the store employees were at least polite and apologetic about the situation.

I appreciate the time Staples employees take to help with our electronics needs, especially printers and Ink. We go thru a lot of it in my office and we work printers hard. They do price matching with on-line stuff so i don't have to wait a week when i need printer ink, my Office manager or i can just run over and get the best price, and then pick up everything else we forgot that we needed. The store is super clean and nice to shop in too!

So we were trying to get 35 pictures that are colored printed, the lady assisting tried to ask if the pictures looked good and still tried to have us buy messed up pictures when it was messed up. There was 2 harsh tear lines on the pictures every single one. When we said they were all messed up the lady then said oh yeah the machine hasn't been working well today. Then why did you not tell us and try to scam us? CHECK THE PICTURES BEFORE BUYING. luckily we did not buy before looking we looked at every single one. If I am paying 40$ for pictures they are going to look amazing and not like hot trash.

I came in looking for a new office chair. I was greeted by Marco who was willing to take me to the back of the store. He found out what I thought I wanted and spent as much time as I needed helping me find the very best chair for me. He was the employee who puts the chairs together and was knowledgeable and friendly and knew the chairs very well. I was surprised at his willingness to give me time to try all the ones that looked good and I bought the chair I loved. I thought he was exceptional in his ability to serve me and take the time to help me shop. Thanks so much Marco. I think Staples has a great representative for their store

I went in for a clipboard for work and left with three other items I was going to go to three other stores for. They have a diverse stock including water bottles, clocks, speakers, soap and office sanitation supplies in addition to their core supplies. The customer service was superb. Everyone was friendly, kind, outgoing and helpful. As an introvert I was almost uncomfortable with how active everyone was with being helpful. Definitely earned the title of “superstore.”
