BEST Quest I have EVER been to! Extremely streamlined check-in, they took me exactly at my appointment time, and my phlebotomist was Ashley- I felt almost nothing- she is the BEST !!!! GREAT experience! 😁😁😁

Got here and checked in 10 minutes before my appointment. It was 25 minutes after my appointment time before I was called back and I watched walk-ins who came in after me (yes, I know they're walk ins because they spoke to nurse and got numbers assigned at the machine instead of appointments with names) going first. There's a wall listing several of us with same appointment time checked in and waiting. This is not OK. I will say person doing the blood draw was very quick, efficient, and I barely felt it, which is nice and earned the 2nd star. Do better with your appointment times, Quest. If you have a room of on time appointment people waiting then walk-ins are last, not first.

Receptionist had a horrible tone and was very dismissive when being asked for directions, was too busy chatting with her coworker to even notice she had someone waiting to ask a question. Woman who took my blood was sweet and courteous she’s the only reason I’m leaving 3 stars.

Ms Tammy G was the best ever!!! Made me feel very comfortable and i know that i will ALWAYS ask for her when i go for lab work! Very experienced, professional, kind and loved doing her work! She was amazing and i will always request her when i go there!! Thanks for the kind words and positive affirmations, Mrs Tammy!!!

didn't see any signs outside but it's in what i thought was a hospital. they can't do anything without Dr prescription which has to be faxed over or printed out - at least for my bloodwork. The website said they could take electronic versions but nope, and my Dr wasn't available to go back to 1997 to fax things over. walk in appointments had a huge wait time, there has to be a better way....

Horrible service and rude staff. The lab techs are always grumpy, and they act like they wish they didn’t have to be there. They barely know how to poke you with the needle, and every time I go there, they end up poking me about 5 times because they can’t figure out where to poke you. Every time they mess up, they blame you for not drinking enough water. In my case, I drank ten bottles of water the previous day and an additional bottle the morning of the bloodwork. I was still told I needed to drink more water. The staff makes excuses for their lousy work. Every time I go for bloodwork, end up getting nauseous from how many times they’ve stabbed me, and every time I go there I end up getting lightheaded afterwards. They also have been known to straight-up refuse to draw my blood because they couldn’t do it correctly. Quest also used to have walk-ins, but now they do it by appointment only and they haven’t told anyone about this. Their bathrooms are also a mess, which is disappointing for a medical association. Overall, it’s a terrible experience and I do not recommend going there.

Appt was made by phone for 11:40, when I arrived to a packed waiting room, the check in is by kiosk. It had my appt time for 1:30 which was an old appt for another doctor. I couldn't change it, there is not a person to help. They are running behind because they only have 3 people working per the lady taking patients back. My labs are fasting. If I knew where to go, I would go to another lab. This is ridiculous. Now 2 hours later, they still haven't called me back. I asked a question and was ignored. They have taken walk ins before me. I was asked if I could take a walk ins place since they weren't there...no answer, ignored me.

I made my appointment online. Received a text the day of the appointment. It allowed me to check-in as soon as I arrived. My appointment was for 8:40 am. I was called in at 8:54 am and I was out by 9:10 am. Well done.

Arrived here for blood work at 3:40pm was told by the employee that.."We're closed, been closed since 3:30". Online hours and phone hours state you close at 4p.. I understand that there may possibly be a cut off time for services, at least try to be professional about it! there's no need to sigh and mumble in disgust.. Simply.. "we're closed may I schedule you for an appointment while you're here?" Would have been appropriate. Needless to say I would never return to this location. Hire people who actually like what they get paid for instead of ignorant ones. I can see why you have a three star rating.

These ladies bust their butts and do an amazing job seeing 200 patients a day while being super short staffed for several months and getting abused and treated so badly by patients. People need to more compassionate and patient. Doesn’t take a lot of common sense to see a waiting room of people to know they are busy. So sit down be quiet and let them do their jobs.
