This specific Burger King has been problematic for years I live close and this location is close to home I have been a regular for about 5 years and by far have experienced the best service ever over the last few visits . That lady in there with the blonde hair showed up and whipped that place into shape aside from the noticeable repairs such as the sign that has not lit up for maybe a year the entire atmosphere of this location has changed the service is commendable the store is clean inside and the food is always fresh they do still seem to be short handed at times but they get it done fast and friendly!!! You guys keep doing what you do !!

The reason I ask for fresh chicken fries is half the time they are stale & not even barely warm. Tonight I asked for a whopper combo with ketchup only & fresh chicken fries. The lady rudely replied our chicken fries are always fresh. & My burger had everything but ketchup. Once again me & my wife trashed our complete orders & ate something different. This is a pretty common occurrence only at this location & only when 2 particular workers are there. Why is it day shift & some night shift never have a issue with a simple order & these 2 Ftards can't even get a cup of water right. So nasty old fries & chicken fries been chilling under a heat lamp a few hrs is fresh I guess when the staff is to lazy to make food to order.

The food was great service was the bomb the cook tonight was on point he killed it and the two ladies in drive thru was awesome the store was clean with 3 people in there but the one thing that upset me was that the young lady that was working drive thru got cussed out and the woman and man that was a in drive Thur cussed all the workers that the reason I moved from pace to many racist people and hypocrites. The staff handle it like adults if you can't wait just a few minutes to let the staff take orders cook at home fast food workers are some of the most caring people you ever meet and the costumers is not all ways right

Picked up a quick lunch (that we couldn't eat), chicken was fried rock hard & chicken seemed old (freezer burnt), fries were full of salt (un-edible), 3 of the 4 drinks were coke and extremely watered down. As much as meals cost and faith to get what you pay for this was a horrible experience, we will NOT be going back to Burger King.

Got the order wrong after repeating it to the several times and again at the window 2 more times. Fries and food cold... this has happened many times over the last several months. One order couldn't be eaten because it was like cardboard. We will not go back after this. I spent $40 on cold food we didn't order 😒

As for usual, the service was pretty basic. The food was simple, and the place was nice. As for usual, 3 stars for being a basic place, along with another one for having good options for us vegetarians

Pace Fl Burger King is the worst managed business I've ever witnessed. Olivia stole employees hours and I have countless pictures of other managers sitting on their phones hiding from cameras, not working. They over work some employees while barely giving other employees any hours. Make16 yr old work until after 1am on school night, after 11-12 hour shifts. No consistency or leadership at all. Very sad that these type of people are our youths "leaders" and "bosses" to learn from. Corporate really needs to step up and take care of this store.

Wonderful yet interesting experience for me, sweet girl at the window had a horrible customer screaming and threatening to beat her face in.. poor girl looked about 16/17 years old.. i was on a motorcycle. I pulled up behind this old man and he kept harassing the poor girl, i beeped at him to try and get his attention and he ended up driving forward, so i started to drive forward to get my order at the window. This man slams his breaks and starts reversing sstupid fast, and nearly runs over me!! Honked and revved at him to stop but he didnt, he came literally an inch to making contact with my tire.. took him 15 min to finally LEAVE! Do people just not have any patience nor kindness left? Why go out into public and harass kids?? Then nearly cause a wreck by running someone over in reverse??? Just stay home! Big shout out to the sweet girl for remaining calm, kind and courtious even while being physically threatened. Fast food workers deserve so much better than this despicable treatment from CLEARLY unstable adults. All in all, i will be coming back here. My food was hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect 😊

This is the worst Burger King next to the one in Milton. The "food" we paid for this evening, through the drive-thru, was horrible. The onion rings were extremely overcooked and unedible and were thrown away. My Bacon Double Cheeseburger was smaller than a child size burger from Whataburger. Needless to say, we are now eating leftovers. Oh yeah, and the medium fry that I ordered was not even in the bag.

The cook that worked tonight 1/31 killed it. Best impossible whopper I’ve had. Also the woman with red hair who took our order was great, she’s was so nice <3 also got free crackhead entertainment outside the restaurant with the cops. Loved
