If I can give a rating of negative five stars then that is probably what I would rate this place as. My first experience with this store was maybe 6 months ago when I was trying to get my screen fixed. I walked in and there were two employees on their phones, they didn't even look up. I had to get their attention just to ask a question. Then, recently, I've had to deal with this store because customer service shipped my mom's replacement phone to their store. It was two day shipping service and it was delivered but I never got the update. I had to call the store MULTIPLE times just to confirm if the phone was there or not. When I finally was able to go to the store and trade the phones, they had some technical issues and told me they needed to reorder the phone and they would call me once it was delivered. Again, NO CALL. I had to call them. They ended up having the same issue and they were VERY RUDE when my mom was upset that she's had a phone for two weeks now that hasn't been working properly and they couldn't help us to fix it. It was also my fourth time in their store trying to get this whole thing resolved. I have worked in customer service and have experience with frustrated customers but to tell my mom, "we aren't going to help you if you give us attitude," well that's not acceptable. And to top it off, when I used my personal phone to call customer service and they asked to speak to the store representative, he said told them, "I've had to explain it to them 100 times." It's not like we weren't understanding what they were saying, we just couldn't believe it because there should always be a work around. BUT anyway. I won't EVER be returning to this store. ~Gheahndra
