My mother needed to borrow my car. I asked if she could stop and get vape juice for me while she was out because I ran out. Mind you I am 31 years old and she is a disabled vet. so she was helping me out while I was helping her. She of course didn’t really know what she was doing but being the kind person she is, she stopped for me. I sent her with an empty container and said just show them this. The flavor doesn’t really matter. She came to my house in tears after dealing with Andrew. He was super rude to her and wasn’t helpful at all. As she was trying to explain what I needed, he said, “ if you don’t know exactly what she wants I can’t and won’t help you.” This too has been my experience at this particular location my past couple of visits. They have great products but awful customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully Andrew will get further training on how to interact with customers. ~miranda
