I was very happy with the service I received at this location. Reily was the only person working the phone and recieving customers. He also went out and communicated with the mechanics. He did this seamlessly and I can tell you that it not easy to do and keep your cool. I had hit a monster pothole and he got me in that day. He took his time with me on the phone and helped me make my decision. When I got there I was surprised to see how young Riley was. This level of customer service is rare in such a young person ~Joan

My spouse and I scheduled our COVID boosters online and went in at our allotted time slot. The online instructions said to go to the pharmacy to check in so we did. The pharmacist was upset we were there and said it would be awhile until he could get to us. There was someone in line in front of us that had been waiting over an hour. We sat and waited for half an hour, but they still hadn’t taken the person in front of us (who had been waiting an hour and a half at this point). I scheduled the vaccines with Walgreens while I was sitting and waiting and we got them there instead. Yikes! ~L

Such a quick pick up in store order I’ve ever had, got my new iPhone 13 pro and I’m in love with it! Always came to this store for a reason and will always come back! The sales associate who helped me was friendly, I just wish I got his name :( but overall a great experience! ~Naeem

I just wanted to say I walked in with problems with two phone the customer service representative was so polite even offered him lunch he saved me so much money I was thanking I would have to buy a new phone. Fully customer service is here ~jeremy

- not a bad place for books, games, vinyl records etc. - staff hit or miss some friendly others kinda judgy. - place was clean and organized. - prices range from good to a bit over priced depending on items you're looking for. - overall not a bad place to check out. ~MkMG09

My mother needed to borrow my car. I asked if she could stop and get vape juice for me while she was out because I ran out. Mind you I am 31 years old and she is a disabled vet. so she was helping me out while I was helping her. She of course didn’t really know what she was doing but being the kind person she is, she stopped for me. I sent her with an empty container and said just show them this. The flavor doesn’t really matter. She came to my house in tears after dealing with Andrew. He was super rude to her and wasn’t helpful at all. As she was trying to explain what I needed, he said, “ if you don’t know exactly what she wants I can’t and won’t help you.” This too has been my experience at this particular location my past couple of visits. They have great products but awful customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully Andrew will get further training on how to interact with customers. ~miranda

Not only are the employees extremely rude, but they also refused to give me the marked down price and wanted me to pay full price for FOUR items. It’s pointless to have prices sticked to items if you are going to just try to sell them for the full amount. Do not recommend! ~Madiisonn

Took my daughter's iPad to Geek Squad, they took it into the back to "run a diagnostic." Came back to say there was nothing they could do and they said that I could trade it in for a refurbished one for $250. I took that same iPad to these guys, 16 hours and $120 later I have a new battery and the iPad runs better than it has in years. ~Mike
