I recently came to this store for the first time. Honestly, some of the worst customer service that I have seen. It was fine for the first, say, 2 seconds. I began browsing and one of the ladies working there immediately began pushing to 'assist' me in this experience. I politely refused but it seemed she could not care less. I felt a great deal of pressure and went along with it. After that, she asked about my skin type. And, as I answered, she interrupted me multiple times. By now, I already wanted to leave. Then she asked me what I wanted. But, oh dear, her tone. I felt as if she was talking down to me. It seemed as if, to her, that I was no more valuable than a lump of coal. She pointed out skin 'concerns' on my face that are caused by sheer sensitivity. I only wanted to address what I stated. Then she went and got 3 products that she didn't show me. And proceeded to put them in samples. That was kind, I would like to admit. But she never let me pay or see the products. I asked a couple of simple questions and, once again, her tone was rude. This was horrible. I don't plan on returning. ~Elizabeth
