Austin was fantastic to help. I called ahead to verify they had in stock what I was looking for. After a quick 20 minute drive, was able to get everything done in about 10 minutes, including great conversation regarding phones and our pros and cons of different devices and operating systems. I know when I need a replacement case or screen protector, I will always go to ZAGG.

I have an older phone and there was actually a screen protector available. Even Austin was surprised. He was so accommodating and helpful. I have a curved screen and he advised me to get a different case as it would make the Zagg screen protector come up. And he was amazing and answered All my questions, I usually have a lot.

I recently bought an iPad 8th gen for doing digital art. So after purchasing my iPad I knew I’d have to get a case and screen protector-and wanted specifically ZAGG product (lifetime warranty on screen protectors, and warranties on their cases as well. Their product has saved several different phones I’ve owned in the past as well). So, I got in touch with the owner and manager of the kiosk and had requested some cases get ordered. I didn’t buy the one I originally requested, but after Isse’s recommendation, I chose the ZAGG pro keys case. It works perfect for what I need it for, detaches from the keyboard, and is sleek and slim in design. Easily transportable, easy set up for Bluetooth keyboard, and even has a place to store the Apple Pencil (or one of their ZAGG stylus). This case was absolutely worth every penny, and I am incredibly happy with the service and product. Thank you Andrew for ordering the cases in, and thank you Isse for staying in contact about the case and calling me when it arrived. And for the recommendation on this case specifically. You both have gone above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it! Keep up the great work, guys!
