My mom had a pool installed with lifetime warranty from Family Leisure (Nashville). Terrible service. Constantly leaked, when calling about warranties, they try to say they only cover certain defects such as seam rips even though it leaked after install. 7 years after install for the 3 liner repairs (patches to try to stop leaks) she called to get the liner completely replaced. They said they didn’t have a liner in stock till swim season. So my mother called a certified repair crew , one of them happened to work for Family Leisure as a installation technician. The installation technician said it should not look like it does in the photos after 7 years and should be covered under lifetime warranty. My mom called Family Leisure back and was denied service saying they would only fix it if the rust had been so severe that it failed. (Think about all that water busting out damaging home, vehicles, property or even animals and people near it when it fails?) Talk about liability. Especially when you notify them of defective services and have them documented. Even the technician called and told them he thought they should do something. I told my mother to get a lawyer and pursue that avenue if they are going to falsely sell lifetime warranties and allow unsafe defective services.

Told me he’d had someone to come look Tuesday because we had two holes in our liner not sure what happen… then young man that came and looked patched it but told us it wasn’t a Definite fix that we needed a new Liner! He would turn it into the Service department on what he seen and they would determine what to do about the liner! We really hope that they will fix free of charge since we’ve only had since May but we shall see! Other then that tho the people and customer service was awesome

They are the worse at communicating. Had our 18x33 oval pool installed wrong. 2 inches off level, uprights coming disconnected, leaks in the pump hose, and to top it off we have to drain the water for them to fix it. Getting ahold of them to fix it has been a nightmare. The service manager Troy and install manager Glenn will not return my calls or communicate on how and when this will be fixed. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will take your money and completely ignore you. They have forgotten numerous items we have paid for in our pool package. Please use someone else if you need a pool installed. UPDATE: Finally got a call back today, and they promised they will have this fixed this week. I will update my review accordingly if it happens UPDATE: 6/23 appt was for today. They gave the installers the wrong size liner. So they have to come back tomorrow. So now everyone else scheduled (back fill, electric, and deck guys) have to be pushed back.....again. UPDATE: 6/28 they fixed our walls after draining the pool. We fill it up again only to realize the level is still off 3 to 4 inches still. This is a complete nightmare

DO NOT buy anything from this place! I spent $6000 on a pool from them six months ago and have had nothing but problems! Horrible installation and then they want to charge you for fixing it! I also have neighbors in a brand new subdivision who purchased a pool from them as well and have nothing but problems from day one. I am encouraging them to also write a review. If you call and talk to a guy named Jay, just hang up. You will be waiting your time as he is not going to help you and wants to charge you to fix any issues. Here is a picture of what to expect from them. And they will not replace it! 7/12/22 update- The general manager reached out to me and made things right. Our pool is now working as it should and they replenished our pool chemicals for a year. So far so good. Thank you.

Purchasing experience at Franklin store was great. Time to delivery and set up was also good. Some problems with leaking connections on pool to pump to filter but a service man was sent to take care of that. We were not given the correct test strips and when I called to inquire about it, the service rep was a bit condescending telling me the correct ones were in the box with chemicals and acted like he didn’t believe me. However, he did send the correct ones right away. We wish that there was a place to print out the chemical start up process. We watched the videos but it took a while to find the correct ones. The video states that there should be two bags of salt to put into the pool to begin the process. We only found one bag and assumed it was because our pool is only 18’. I called service to confirm and he stated that the bucket of preparate takes the place of the second bag. The videos do not indicate this and it is very confusing to have different instructions. Our only complaint is the lack of good step by step written instructions. We do love our pool!

We recently bought a house that had a pool. We knew we needed chemicals of some sort for the pool so we visited Family Leisure Nashville. We were told the previous owners had bought the pool from them which made it easy to purchase the right chemicals. However there was an issue with what we had been told to purchase, and we had purchased the wrong items. We called this morning and spoke with lily and she had us come to the location and her and Gloria were phenomenal! They helped us figure out the issues and were able to get us the correct chemicals for our pool! Now my family can enjoy our new house and new pool! Amazing customer service! Both ladies deserve raises!! Thank you again so much!!
