Got to the restaurant and went inside. I went straight to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering. There was a woman/employee in there who was coughing up a lung. I didn't know it was an employee at first, until she came out of the stall. She came out coughing like she was coughing up a lung, still. No mask...she didn't even cover her cough. I know that she could see hellfire on my face in pure disgust. I go out, to the counter to order. She then comes out. I asked another lady if she works in the kitchen, because she walked back there. The last told me she preps food. I really got sick to my stomach at that point. Like...y'all just want employees to come to work hacking all over People's food. Really. Sickening. I left.

Honestly I can't believe how lazy y'all can be I ask for my breakfast burrito with white eggs and this what I get and this is not the first time I get all this mistakes and I always end up eating all my food anyways cause I can't go back to proof y'all my food was made wrong cause I never check my food cause always I wanna trust y'all that probably this time y'all did my order right but I guess not and it's always in this location always

I usually like to pick curb side and like that they have this option. They are fast and my order is always right. The are not always friendly but not rude either. Overall they do a good job . My only complaint is sometimes I forget to scan for points and they give you a sticker receipt on your bag. It doesn’t have the store number on it so how are you supposed to insert missing transaction. I hope they fix this because I am sure am not the only one that thinks this is inconvenient

Literally the worst chick fil a in Houston. The only reason I give them my business is because I work around the corner. Todays complaint, I ordered breakfast to my home health clients address for delivery through chick fil a at 8:42am . Not a 3rd party. I noticed the delivery time kept delaying . This is a common occurrence for this location. Sometimes my order doesn’t go through on their end. When that happens , I give them about 45mins before calling to check in. I called to check on my order after waiting an hr and 15 mins just to be told that they don’t have delivery staff. That’s understandable ,but what’s not understandable is leaving the option to have food delivered available in app. I went to the store in hopes that the matter could be rectified, but was met with McDonald’s quality customer service. My issue remains unresolved at 10:11 am. No breakfast,no apology, just bs. Do better!

Always good chicken. Watching salt intake. The strips are less salty than the nuggets. Great sugar free lemonade! Parking: Drive thru was quick.

They weren’t as friendly They gave me the wrong drink The people at the drive-through take an order we’re outside playing this is the second time I’ve never experience a Chick-fil-A like this one I’m so unsatisfied

The experience we had with the girl handing the food was awful we were preventing her from giving us the wrong order and she rolled her eyes at us. When we got home the fries were not even filled up and were soggy as were the nuggets. The size were extremely small and were in fact not fresh at all. Awful service for a place that I often go to. There was a gentleman however who did try to fix our order, he was extremely helpful and kind, I wish I got his name.
