Not rating 1 star for food. Whataburger is GOAT! But tonight, the ladies in this location’s attitude was so bad. The woman who took my order seemed intoxicated, and when I got my order I didn’t have ketchup. So I politely asked if they had any to give and the woman SCREAMED “YES”, and didn’t give me the ketchup. I proceed to again ask and she gives me ketchup. I leave the location , get home and discover that I do not have the famous GRAVY I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED for my chicken tenders. I’m writing this review on 10/27/2022 @9pm meaning I just left. If anyone is truly reading this, a meeting is definitely needed on tact. I am a born and raised Houston Native, 40 years string and this is the first time I’ve ever felt not welcomed in this establishment. Shame on you Whataburger!

Sweet and spicy burger was good. 2 people for under $21.00. That was great. And the Manger came outside and checked on us and ordered extra. The parking lot was super packed! Parking: Parking was bad. It was lunch time and it was packed! Service was great though.

Tonight friends and I enjoyed the Chef's Table experience 4 courses 4 pairings. We had a happy dessert mishap. I'll definitely be back. One couple will be visiting the other location. Parking: Valet

Ordered to go, in the drive-thru window. I was on my way to the hospital before my granddaughter's eye surgery. My son and needed food. He worked the night shift. It was morning, breakfast time. Ordered from Whataburger's lunch meals. So, the food had to freshly cooked. The food was good and fresh!!!! Very tasty. However, the cashier asked me to pull up and they would bring the food out. They made me wait so long that I went inside to inquire about it. They had my food sitting inside the drive-thru. Why? I was outside. I grabbed the food and still made it to the hospital. Thank God. Parking: I parked in your delivery location. What???? Why did I have to come inside for my to go order?

Just left less than an hour ago and am queasy and waterfall bathroom "issues". All I took was a bite of everything, and everything had an issue. Apple pie was cold and doughy. Fries and burger were both lukewarm in temp. I would've went back for a refund but I got stuck in traffic. Never again!

Such a fantastic location!! Love the ease of ordering on the app and pick up was a breeze. Headed across street to this convenient locale after I completed my finger printing for a job with our local school district. Saturdays are busy for us all and I was starving and about to take a road trip to college station to cheer on our foster falcons wrestlers including my son so I’m grateful for their efficiency!!!

I had to pull up and wait for my food. Not a problem. I hooked my horn several times to let them know that I was still waiting. Beatrice finally bought my food after four cars went through the drive thru. Food was only for ONE person. I questioned why my food took so long and she was very rude. Instead of her apologizing or asking can she heat my food or do it over she tells me, "I should have ordered on line." My food was cold. Very poor customer service!!

This restaurant gave us the wrong drink. We ordered Diet Dr. Pepper and they gave us regular. My daughter has diabetes and she drank it as she waited to get home to eat her food. She started to feel sick, and started sweating and when we got home she started vomiting. They must have given us a regular soda. That's really disappointing and horribly dangerous. We were just trying to go out for a treat and I was already nervous about it now I'm sure we won't be coming here again. Dietary restrictions: If you're a diabetic don't get a diet soda here they gave us the wrong drink and my child with diabetes drank it and got pretty sick after about 10 minutes.

I have heard about the famous Whataburger when I just arrived in Houston. Indeed, the burger didn’t disappoint! The portion is big and you can choose any sauce you like! I particularly like adding grilled onions (totally free) in my burger. I love the iced tea too! Probably the best I have tried in my life. Stopped by Whataburger on the way to jury duty at Reliant (7:30 AM on a Monday). Parking lot was busy but plenty of open spots. I was 2nd in line for my order which was taken quickly. Two employees came up and said hello and asked how my day was going. Once I sat down, my honey butter chicken biscuit was out in about 3 minutes. It was hot & tasty! Two more employees stopped by to check on me while I was eating. Restaurant was clean (my table was spotless). Manager does a great job here and all the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Thanks!
