Well, I'll let you know more tomorrow. Today I spent 6.5 hours trying to fulfill all of the company requirements just to rent a vehicle. Now that I think we can meet their requirements we're goin back again tomorrow in order to try once or twice more. Keeping my fingers crossed. Great bunch of guys though. Very helpful and most courteous.

I made reservations at the location on Franklin Rd. And that wasn’t the best experience, so I went to the one on Williamson Rd and it was quick and simple. I was In a car within 15minutes and process complete. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Drop off was easy as 123, I will ONLY use this location moving forward.

I went to William rd location as I was in need of a rental while fighting my court case to get my car fixed. Experience started great was in a rental from July til till today sept 1. Never had an issue out of my card declining until 8/31 and continued into today…after thinking they fixed the issue yesterday. Found out they took extra money out my card on top of what I had already put into it which was over $2000 called my bank over the issue which told me my payments with them went through. A man named hunter helped me and was very rude and not very customer friendly nor respectful. When explaining that I had bank statements and had confirmation from my bank that all transactions had been approved he Rudy told me that he / the company couldn’t except bank statements or anything from the bank showing the transactions that they go by and would only go by their system itself. Not only did they take money from my account other then the amount for the daily rental but also took all declined payments from my deposit even tho my payment on my card went through and refused to compensate. Followed by telling me that it would be an extra $300 to get a new contract started….Won’t be back.

I am giving them 5 stars @ the Williamson Rd office everyone there was informative and friendly. I was unprepared and we come up with ways to make it work for us on both ends the SUV was great. My family and I had a great time @ Myrtlebeach thanks guys

The fine print isn't in the app so be prepared for extra deposits. My son reserved a car on the app and was charged an extra $300 when he arrived. The deposit was on the website but not in the app. I reported them to the BBB and the State Attorney General. Assistant Manager, Brian Roop, confirmed that the deposit isn't listed on the app.

I reserved a specific class of vehicle weeks ahead of time and had expectations of receiving a vehicle of that specific class due to me having a extremely important business meeting to intend which I had to accommodate high value clients of a certain age. When I arrived at enterprise I was told that no vehicle of that class was available and I had no choice but to downgrade when upgrades were readily available. I was then told that i would have to pay more for a upgraded vehicle even though the vehicle in my class wasn’t available and I did not receive so much as an email about the class of vehicle not being obtainable. I am aware that the national and/or worldwide car shortage could be used as an excuse here but not calling or emailing a customer about a situation like this causes for no excuse. If calling to inform me is too much trouble an email would have sacrificed. I have another business trip scheduled soon and I cannot say that I feel confident in trusting enterprise to handle my vehicle needs with this one as well. AUGUST 9th update: P.S. I have emailed the information on August 1st and have yet been notified about this issue.

Manager was very rude. I was promised a discount from a previous dirty rental, needless to say I didn’t get it, he offered me an upgrade which I didn’t want considering gas is $5 a gallon. When I refused the upgrade this manager made very judgmental remarks about my tattoos and what kind of person he thought I was. The cars aren’t getting cleaned on the inside, the last 3 I’ve gotten have been filthy and bad odor, I thought with all the COVID precautions they’d clean them better, but they’re only spraying the outside off with a water hose and sending them out as clean. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten a call back from anyone about my complaint. I’ve rented from this enterprise for years, but NEVER again!

We rented a car for a week long trip. The staff was professional and polite. They took the time to listen to our Senior needs for the right vehicle. We selected a vehicle and it wasn't clean inside so they immediatley cleaned it for us. We highly recommend Enterprise as their customer service was outstanding.

My favorite location to rent cars. I have never had customer service issues with anyone and I am at this location almost every week. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Justin always sees that I am well taken care of.
