Korban, the owner is great, professional, responds to inquiries promptly, personable, very knowledgeable about all things tech gadgets (past and present) and explains things to you in simple terms. He helped unlock my iPod classic which I had no idea how to go about, his prices are reasonable and the turn around for a job is within normal limits. Onsite has now fixed three of my devices in a fast, sufficient, and responsible manner. My last device was quoted about $10 more than other repair shops, but this shop uses original screens which is very important to me. Your device will not be darker in appearance and hard to see. Not to mention they are extremely fast ! Their professionalism was definitely worth the extra money. They will always be very honest with you and if you do not even need a repair will let you know. My daughters tablet was not charging and it turned out all she needed was the charging port cleaned out, not a port swap out. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Best repair guys in Dallas.

Spent 100 dollars dang near the price for a whole new phone my thought was this ought to be a very sturdy and reliable screen replacement. It was not 2 months after it broke in my pocket with nothing in the pocket I call em up explain what happened and they say we don't warrant against physical damage for 100 dollars for a screen you probably got from overseas the work was easy considering I did most of the screen removal myself all but the corners which had very little glass and of course adhesive was still present this place was a waste of my hard earned money and I forgot to mention my phone hasn't been the same since the guy fixed it. My 8 year old daughter can fix phones better than that. Integrity is long gone everyone is in it to win it. Have a blessed one I hope for your business to thrive and do well I unfortunately will not be returning to this repair shop.
