Barek did an amazing job. Came in having issue with my phone but he couldn't fix then he informed to check my account to see if I'm eligible for upgrade and I was then he really did good job getting all my pictures and contacs from my old phones. He really great person with positive attitude!

So I've to came to Fulton avenue store & Barck really really took care of me without even giving me any attitude or be rude to me. I went to activate a unlocked phone phone bought from outside. I was told by the female employee who helped me that it won't work with metro and recommended to return it and buy a one of their own. And went to the cooperate store 3mins away from this place get it activated in less that 10mins. Unprofessional service.
