I was glad before I was even at the store, because I knew that going into HomeGoods was a good idea and I would not leave the place without buying anything. True enough, I really did not. Before that, I just want to share how I like the cleanliness of the place. Even with a lot of stuff inside, it still maintains its cleanliness and everything is well organized. I was hoping to buy wall decors for my place, and I also wanted to buy stuff for my kitchen since I am short on it. As much as I wanted to roam inside the place, the first thing I looked at was my priorities to buy, and I did not regret it. It also did not take long to decide because, even with a lot of options, it is easy to choose since everything is nice and the quality is good. What I like the most is choosing the wall decors, and I had fun choosing because every piece of art is so beautiful. I also saw a lovely and artistic chair. I was glad that I was able to buy everything that I needed and I was also able to add other good things. Everything is of good quality, and the prices are reasonable. ~Tracy

Beautiful in the day time and even more beautiful at night. We visited on the weekend and it’s a place for everyone to walk, hangout, eat, relax, ride the Ferris wheel and lots to do. It gets packed and busy but fun for sure. I recommend this place.. one of the must visit in Chicago places. Fire work show was awesome as well it was not a disappointment. I normally don't review corporate retail stores, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this Target location. It's clean and staffed with friendly, accommodating employees, who are happy to help when you have a question. The Target pick-up process is efficient and is very helpful if you have a busy schedule and need someone to gather the items for you. Prices are reasonable and I'm sure on par with other locations in the city. I'll continue shopping here for essentials. ~Addison

I ordered a Blueberry hill (pic) and got the disgustingly cocktail ever. the lady on the first bar from the main entry wasn't that motivated. on the second bar, was amazing. motivated people behind it and got a great drink. with the right company is this place a lot of fun. meet some amazing people here ~Shqipe

I came there looking for quarters. Bottom line - I got what I wanted. But the seller what very unpleasant towards my misunderstandings as a tourist. He kept correcting my English, and showed aggression for me being unfamiliar with terms regarding American money. It didn't take me a long time to understand him after some clarification, but the way he talked to me wasn't nice ~Ilan

The customer service and response time we received from this company was stellar. This was not a typical move for Coffey Bros since we are a church and only moving out our old pews. They priced us fairly and make sure we were comfortable, and understood the entire process. JR, Jimmy, DeMarcio and Linton were outstanding; their efforts saved us time and money. They made adjustments for us on site as needed. I appreciated they enthusiasm and honesty immensely and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Our church is so grateful for a company like this! ~Teresa

The two front office managers, Michelle and Lisa are totally awesome!! They do their best to solve customer problems and take care of concerns. The two of them are a pleasure to work with… I wish I could say the same for the national and regional owners / supervisors who are simply not. I also wish I could separate this review into building office vs. regional office… 5 stars in the Bldg. 2 stars for the higher ups. ~Tony

Expect to pay more than you were quoted. We hired this company to hoist a Dining Table Top into our client's condo unit. When I first called Charles quoted the hoist for me. I gave him all information he requested and mentioned that I had photos of the exterior incase he needed, but he did not ask me to send them. The day before the move at 4pm Charles called to ask for the exterior photos I had previously offered so I sent them over to him. The morning of the move at 6:50am I received a call from Midway informing me that they could not do the hoist and needed to use a forklift which would be an additional $1200. Since they informed me this was my ONLY option I decided to proceed and expressed my disappointment in the quoting process. They said they would try to work on lowering the cost for me. Upon arrival, the guys inspected the situation and told me they in fact could NOT use the forklift due to the client's terrace location and that they were going to hoist the top after I was told this wasn't an option. During the delivery they decided to ask me about purchasing valuation for the Dining Table top incase it breaks during delivery. Thankfully this wasn't a substantial cost, but frustrating to be asked this during the delivery. In the end, they charged me for the $1200 forklift that they DIDN'T use and will not refund me. I've been in communication with both Charles + Judy who have been zero help. Don't use this company unless you would like to pay more than what you're quoted. ~Sara

A fairly good experience. Brendan W really worked with me to make sure my needs were met, I was called back and my questions were answered. He was very patient and made the whole experience 5 star worthy. I would say that there were occasional dead mice and leaking water after a heavy rain but that was about it. ~Caleb

Beware of Janky business practices !!!!!!! To start they arrived late , they came at the very end of the time window they provided which definitely made things stressful. Their policy is that you pay up front, but the quote that the drivers provided was completely different from the original quote from customer service . The total move amount was now $1,000 but over the phone they quoted me $800+ . Mind you , I have a 1-bdrm apartment, so they would be moving about 20+ boxes , a king bed & bed frame, a glass table w/ 6 chairs & a 6 seat sectional couch . In my opinion the movers were strategic with taking their time , making sure to add as much time on the clock as they could . It took them 4 hours to clear out my 700sq ft apartment in which I found to be completely ridiculous . I asked the movers if they wanted to follow me to the next location but they insisted that they would meet me there . I made it to my new apartment in less than 15mins as it is less than a mile away from my previous location. It took the movers 45 additional minutes to meet me at the next location. As they started to move the stuff into my new apartment, they told me it would require additional time for them to setup the stuff they disassembled. They completely stopped the move & told me I had to sign the revision for them to continue.To be clear they were attempting at add an additional 2.5 hrs I immediate called corporate & spoke with their manager . The manager was extremely rude , nasty & very unhelpful . He blamed me for everything and held no accountability towards the movers. He gave me the option of paying the extra money or the drivers are leaving . The manager continued to blame me, even telling me I didn’t read the fine print & that it was just my problem . This was the worse moving experience I’ve ever witnessed . They left with out assembling any of my furniture. I don’t fault the drivers as they are only following instructions but it’s the business side of this company they I find flawed . They purposely give you a lower quote to get you to book the service but when they arrive they charge you for way more stating this is the maximum expected charge . I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE . Untrustworthy business practices with non-existent customer service . You’ve been WARNED!!!!!! ~Situation
